first it's a scarf then it's a bag.....

This bag started life as two knitted scarves, a curtain lining, a tattered chiffon scarf and a load of ties ......the inside lining of the bag is the curtain fabric I have used on the dress and for the cuffs and collar of the jacket ........I first cut the pattern for the bag out of the curtain lining and chopped up the knitted scarves added pieces of the gold scarf I used for the jacket I covered it with a chiffon scarf and machine stitched it all together .....I then decorated with applique flowers from the curtains and bits from the souvenir scarves....just make some more tie roses to finish it off ....and there you have it ......
